Exam Pass Rate reflects the percentage of graduates who took and passed credentialing exams, including RMA (AMT) and CMA (AAMA).
Glossary of Terms
Enrollment:
The total number of students enrolled in the program for the first time in the Spring or Fall semester of the calendar year. (Enrollment Cohort)
Retention:
The percent of the total students in the enrollment cohorts that were retained in subsequent semesters of the program.
Exam Pass Rate:
The percentage of graduates who took and passed a credentialing exam (e.g., RMA [AMT], CMA [AAMA]) during the reporting period.
Job Placement Rate:
The percent of graduates during the calendar year who are employed as a Medical Assistant, employed in a related field, continued with education in allied health or went to the military. (Job placement rates are not reported when there are fewer than three job placement survey respondents due to student confidentiality).
