Become a Vendor
The Procurement Services Department maintains a master database of all qualified vendors by classification and commodity code. To register your company/organization in the master database, please review and follow the Application Package Instructions.
- All the information and forms needed to register as a vendor with City Colleges of Chicago are located on this page under “Other Resources”. The forms can be completed online or downloaded and completed.
- Once the Vendor Application Form and the Economic Disclosure Statement are completed, the completed forms should be e-mailed to procurementservices@ccc.edu.
- If your firm is a certified Minority (MBE) or Woman-Owned Business (WBE), we ask that you include copies of your current certification documents.
- Procurement Services will review your application information and if complete, will enter your firm into the CCC vendor database. Each college will have access to your firm to obtain quotations for goods and services.
- Vendors are encouraged to check the contract opportunities page on the City Colleges of Chicago Procurement Services website (/departments/procurement) or Chicago Sun-Times for formal bid projects.
