Federal Compliance

An accredited institution of the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) and a Title IV program participant, Malcolm X College (MXC) follows HLC’s federal compliance requirements as guided by the U.S Department of Education (DOE).

  

As a part of the HLC Compressive Evaluation, HLC must review the MXC’s compliance with their Title IV program responsibility and other federal requirements under the Higher Education Act. This is done through MXC’s Federal Compliance Filing. Below outlines HLC’s federal compliance components.
