Glossary of Terms:
Enrollment:
The number of students that enrolled in Short Term Health 624 for the first time in the Spring, Summer, or Fall semester of the fiscal year.
Retention:
The percent of the total students in the enrollment cohortsᵻ that were retained until the end of the Short Term Health 625 Course in the program.
Completion:
The percent of the total students in the enrollment cohortsᵻ that completed the certificate program within 100% (one Semester) and within the 150% timeframe (two semesters) of the program.
Exam Pass Rate:
The percent of graduatesᶤ who passed the certification exam out of those who took the exam for the first time.
Job Placement Rate:
The percent of graduatesᶤ that are employed as a Certified Nurse Assistant within the first twelve months after program completion.
Enrollment Cohort:
Students that enrolled in the program for the first time in the Spring, Summer or Fall semester (Day or Evening) of the specified fiscal year are designated as an enrollment cohort for that semester in the fiscal year. There are ten enrollment cohorts (four Spring, four Fall, and two Summer) for this program per fiscal year.
Graduates:
Students that completed the program in the same fiscal year. |
