The Automotive Technology program provides the necessary foundation and practical experience to pursue entry-level positions that meet the changing demands of the automotive industry.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

Olive-Harvey College’s Automotive Technology Program consists of a Basic Certificate, Advanced Certificate and Associate Degree Programs. Eligibility for English 101 and Math 90 or 98 are required. High school diploma or GED required.

Basic Certificate – 5 Courses (20 credit hours): AUTOTEC 101, 103, 104, 109, 209
Advanced Certificate – 11 Courses (46 credit hours): All AUTOTEC Courses
Associates in Applied Science – 18 Courses (66 credit hours): All AUTOTEC Courses and 7 General Education Courses

TUITION

$146 per credit hour
Payment methods include self-pay, Workforce Investment Opportunities Act (WIOA) and Chicago Housing Authority or Illinois Veterans Grant
Students can us PELL, MAP or Stafford Loans as means to satisfy tuition payment
