Self Service Multi-Function Devices (MFDs)
Multi-function devices for printing, photocopying and scanning are available throughout all City Colleges campuses for faculty and staff. Select MFDs also provide fax capability. These devices can be accessed with a valid CCC ID or by logging in with a CCC ID and password. For information on how to use the MFDs, please consult the following:
Library MFDs
Students have access to coin-operated MFDs in the libraries for photocopying for a small fee. Scan-to-Email is free of charge.
Submitting a Print or Copy Request
CCC’s 8 reprographics centers are available to process print and photocopy requests from CCC faculty and staff. These print centers are equipped with higher capacity equipment and large format printers to meet the district’s demands. Requests can be submitted electronically using the following link:
Please note that there is a minimum 2(two) business day turnaround time for most print and copy jobs.
Turnaround time may take up to 5 business days for special requests, such as booklet binding, poster boards or large-format printing. The documents must be PDF print-ready files.
