City Colleges of Chicago is proud to partner with a variety of community organizations and financial institutions to provide students with access to financial resources and programming.  Our goal is to equip student with the knowledge and skills they need to make informed financial decisions and build long-term financial wellness.  These collaborative efforts reflect our ongoing commitment to supporting students both inside and outside the classroom-helping them succeed in college, career, and life.

Want to build credit? Need help understanding your best financial aid options?  Would you like to have your taxes done for free?  Do you want to develop a saving & investing plan for your future?

The CCC Money Mangement Centers offer FREE financial capability workshops AND 1 on 1 support for CCC students to explore these and other financial capability topics.

All workshops and 1 on 1 coaching sessions are FREE and the first 150 qualified CCC students who complete a workshop AND coaching session each semester will receive a $100 savings/credit building incentive.

Financial Aid Success Initiative

Students and Kennedy King and Olive Harvey College also have the opportunity to have enhanced financial aid meetings with their advisors as part of the Financial Aid Success Pilot.  Learn more at Olive Harvey and Kennedy King

Are you in need of financial capability information of referrals to community based financial resources in between Money Management Center Workshops?  You can also request a meeting with a financial coach directly through the Money Management Center program here.  (Limited availability.)  Students can also request a session with a Certified Financial Planner through Advisers Give Back

 

ECMC

City Colleges of Chicago partnered with ECMC Solutions to provide student loan counseling and support to borrowers as they navigate federal student loan repayment.  Contact ECMC Solutions by phone at 1 (877) 331-3262, or visit their website to make an appointment, connect through email, or web chat with a student loan counselor.  The team at ECMC also offers a free webinar series to support borrowers as they navigate repayment.
