CASAS Testing Information

CASAS STEPS is the required placement test for students who are enrolling in English as a Second Language (ESL) and Citizenship classes. Please note that your CASAS test may take up to 1.5 hours to complete.

CASAS GOALS is the required placement test for students who are enrolling in High School Equivalency (HSE) preparation classes (GEDⓇ/HiSETⓇ). Please note that your CASAS GOALS test may take up to 2.5 hours to complete.

  • Open Mondays – Saturdays. Closed Sundays
  • Free parking garage
  • Walk-In, no appointment needed
  • Please have a photo and/or CCC student ID with you (For on campus and Remote testing).  
  •  Students testing in-person should bring their CCC student ID’s.

Scheduling Your Remote Test

Remote Testing does not take place in-person but from the comfort of your home. You will need a laptop or computer with internet and a camera and speakers turned on so that the testing specialist can see and hear you. Please have a photo and/or CCC student ID to show at time of your test. If you have these items, please go to Navigate to schedule your remote CASAS or CASAS GOALS test.
