ILSP/Second Semester Review Training

​The second semester of the Tenure Track Faculty Member’s (TTFM’s) career at City Colleges of Chicago (CCC) involves two key elements. The TTFM learns about the Individualized Learning and Service Plan (ILSP) during a district-wide cohort called the Second Semester Seminar. The ILSP  is a document which outlines key classroom, service, and professional development activities to be carried out during semesters 3, 4, and 5. The document is reviewed prior to its formal approval in the Second Semester Review, a required meeting between the TTFM, Chair, Administration, and TAP Leader.
