CCC Marketing is an in-house creative center offering solutions to all marketing and communication needs, working with offices and departments across the District to tell CCC’s story to a wide range of audiences, both internal and external. The department’s mission is to preserve and strengthen the reputation and brand of City Colleges of Chicago through a variety of communication mediums including print, digital, video, and social. CCC Marketing is committed to creating communications that engage and inform various audiences and promote City Colleges of Chicago through strategic marketing and branding.            
CCC Marketing ensures that the City Colleges brand is consistently incorporated across District and college communications through these areas:             
Advertising and Digital Marketing 
  • Creates, implemen​ts, and evaluates CCC advertising, including District-wide and college initiatives, through paid media vendors
Communications and Creative Services 
  • Creates, produces, and evaluates recruitment and other college materials, both print and digital, for all internal and external audiences
  • Establishes standards for and monitors usage of CCC logos, wordmarks, and other key elements of CCC’s identity across print and digital spaces, as well as the brand identity of the seven colleges and other CCC properties
  • Educates internal audiences on the importance of ensuring that the City Colleges brand is consistently integrated across marketing and communication efforts
Social Media 
  • Educates the City Colleges community in best practices and in the consistent use of CCC’s brand and voice in social media
  • Helps monitor and manage all CCC social media platforms
  • Maintains and executes CCC’s social media guidelines
Video Production 
  • Coordinates, films, and produces promotional and informational videos that elevate the brand and mission of City Colleges and its properties for internal and external audiences
Web Communications 
  • Creates and maintains the top levels of including static HTML pages, online applications, and database-driven content
  • Collaborates with colleges and other administrative units to develop and redesign websites, focusing on navigation and content management, graphic standards and branding
