City Colleges of Chicago is pleased to offer a variety of benefit plans for calendar year 2024 to its eligible employees, retirees, and surviving spouses. Open Enrollment is your opportunity to review and select changes in benefits for next year. Please see the benefit summary guides below for full-time and part-time employees respectively.

All changes are effective January 1, 2024. Employees do not need to re-enroll unless:                                              

• ​​​Adding or d​ropping dependents
• Increasing/decreasing voluntary life
• Enrolling in or changing plans
• Enrolling in Flexible Spending Accounts              

                     

​If you miss the enrollment deadline your next opportunity to enroll would be next fall unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event (QLE).
