Supervision Philosophy of the Site:
Supervision is a strongly valued time at this site. You are guaranteed a minimum of an hour of individual supervision and an hour of group supervision each week, though you will often receive more than that. Providing supervision is one of my favorite parts of my job – I enjoy teaching and helping new clinicians to the field grow and develop their personal clinical style. I operate from a strengths based perspective and am open to interns bringing their ideas and interests into the work we do.
