Its collection of scholarly, government and general-interest titles includes content on global warming, green building, pollution, sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, recycling, and more. The database provides indexing and abstracts for more than 384,000 records, as well as Open Access full text for more than 4,700 records.

Health sciences from EBSCO (medicine, nursing, dentistry, etc)

A standard source for historical statistical of the United States, this resource expands on Historical Statistics of the United States from the U.S. Bureau of the Census. Topics ranging from migration and health to crime and the Confederate States of America are each placed in historical context by a recognized expert in the field. Data is downloadable in Excel, CSV or ZIP formats.      

History of Science, Technology & Medicine

Use this resource for reviews, abstracts and bibliographic information for much of the mathematical sciences literature. 

Middle Eastern & Central Asian Studies
This resources is a bibliographic index of research, policy and scholarly discourse on the countries and peoples of the Middle East, Central Asia and North Africa. This database contains more than 639,000 records and coverage spans from 1900 and earlier to present.     

Military and Government Collection
Designed to offer current news pertaining to all branches of the military and government, this database offers a thorough collection of periodicals, academic journals, and other content pertinent to the increasing needs of those sites. The Military & Government Collection provides cover-to-cover full text for nearly 300 journals and periodicals and indexing and abstracts for more than 400 titles.

Primary Search (EBSCO)
Provides full text for more than 70 popular, magazines for elementary school research. All full text articles included in the database are assigned a reading level indicator (Lexiles), and full text information dates as far back as 1990. 

Professional Development Education Collection (EBSCO)
Designed for professional educators, this database provides a highly specialized collection of over 500 full text journals, including nearly 350 peer-reviewed titles.      

ProQuest Newspapers
This vast database includes the Chicago Tribune with historical archive dating back to 1849, the Chicago Defender, many other Illinois newspapers, ethnic and minority publications, and the New York Times, 1980 - present.

Regional Business News (EBSCO)
This database provides comprehensive full text coverage for regional business publications. Regional Business News incorporates coverage of 75 business journals, newspapers and newswires from all metropolitan and rural areas within the United States.
