How do I Retrieve My Student Username?

1. Go to My.CCC.edu.
2. Click Retrieve your Username.
3. Enter your Student ID Number and your Birthday.
4. Click Retrieve Your Student Username.
5. Enter and confirm a new Password.
6. Select a Challege Question.
7. Provide an answer. Remember this answer. If you forget your password, you will be asked to correctly identify the answer to your Challenge Question.
8. Click Submit.
9. You will now see your Student Username. Please make a note of it.
