How Do I Change My Password?

1. Go to My.CCC.edu.
2. Click Retrieve your Username.
3. Enter your Student ID Number and your Birthday.
4. Once you have answered your Challege Question click Submit.
5. With the correct answer, you will be directed to create a new password.
6. Click Submit.
7. You will now be able to login to My.CCC.edu.
8. If you cannot remember the answer to your Challenge Question, Contact Support.
9. If you do not know your Student ID Number, visit your Registrar's Office.
