What If I Have Forgotten My Challenge Question/Answer?


You cannot reset your password if you have forgotten your Challenge Question or Answer. You will need additional assistance from your college.

  1. Go to http://www.ccc.edu/sahelp/contact.shtml
  2. Click the radio button next to I need assistance accessing or using My.CCC.edu.
  3. Click Submit.
  4. Complete the form for assistance.
