Holds Page- What Can I Do On This Page?

• The Holds Page lists all holds on your account at the City Colleges of Chicago. In many cases, a hold may prevent you from registering. To have a Hold removed, you must take the action as described on the Holds Page.

• Here is a partial list of Holds and how to resolve them:

  Hold	Instructions
  Business Office	Registration is prohibited and you will not receive a grade report. Please visit the Business Office at your college for more information.
  No Credit Card Payment	You cannot pay using a credit card. For more information, please visit your college's Business Office.
  Delinquent Account	Your student account is past due. For more information, please visit your college's Business Office to pay your balance.
  Financial Aid Hold	Please visit the Financial Aid office at your college for more information.
  International Student Hold	For more information, visit the international student Designated School Official at your college.
  Academic Standing – Warning	You are limited to enrolling in a maximum of 13 credit hours. Please visit the Registrar at your college for more information.
