Prospective Student

1. The prospective student's Social Security Number or National ID must be entered to receive additional information from the City Colleges of Chicago.
2. Enter your into the SSN (National ID) field. Enter a valid value
   e.g. "999999999".
   

   A search will be performed to see if your SSN (National ID#) is currently in CCC’s Prospective Student Database. If your SSN (National ID#) already exists, a message will display and you will have to apply in person for admissions to one of the 7 City Colleges of Chicago. A SSN (National ID#) can only be saved once in CCC’s Prospective Student Database.

3. Click the Next > button.
4. Enter all personal information. Required fields are:
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Date of Birth
   • Gender
   • Address
   • City
   • State
   • Zip code
   • College
   • Email Address
   • Home Telephone # (please check box if this is your preferred contact #)
   • Cellular Telephone# (please check box if this is your preferred contact #)
   • Ethnic Group
     Please Note: You are allowed to enter more than one Ethnic Group; however, one must be designated (checked) as Primary. To add more than one Ethnic Group, click the (+) button and add another Ethnic Group. To delete an entered Ethnic Group, click the (-) delete button.
5. Click the Save button.

A message displays, indicating your prospective student's City College Student ID #. You will receive an email with your New Student ID# and other pertinent information regarding admissions. This information will be shared with the college that you have chosen. A College Advisor or Admissions clerk will contact you soon. Please note: All prospective students will be required to provide Proof of Residency prior to enrolling.
