The Office of Information Technology offers the following training classes:
Introduction to Peoplesoft Financials 7
This class provides an overview of the PeopleSoft Financials system. The following topics are included: menu navigation, terminology, setting and organizing favorites in PeopleSoft, the report printing process by using the Requisition Print report, review inquiring on a Requisition, Purchase Order or Voucher and receive instructions for customizing the inquiry pages.
GroupWise Level 1
This instructor-led or Elluminate recorded course, will show students the basic skills needed to create, send, track, and manage mail. Other topics include scheduling personal and group appointments and sending notes and tasks.
PeopleSoft HR 8.3 Navigation
The HR View course is intended to provide participants with navigational skills required to search and locate a variety of employee information using the PeopleSoft HRMS application. Basic Navigation and Employee Self-Service will be included in this course. Students will gain navigation skills, learn how to view their paycheck, personal and benefit information. Existing employees will learn how they can view their benefits through Employee Self-Service.
PeopleSoft Introduction - Advanced to Query
It includes an overview of the PeopleSoft 8.3 Query Manager reporting tool and how to run public queries, build basic queries, format and sort fields, add criteria to your query, build prompts, join related tables, and join non-related tables.
