This form will assist you in gathering information and submitting an OIT PeopleSoft System Enhancement Request. Your Manager of End User Services will contact you to discuss this Enhancement Request.

If this is indeed an enhancement that is deemed feasible to pursue at this time, the Manager of End User Services will contact you and gather any additional information required to submit this form and begin the Project Request Initiation Process.
