The role of the MEUS is defined by the following responsibilities/tasks:
- Defines User Requirements/Specifications - Act as a communications liaison between District Office and the colleges to identify end-user requirements and identify areas for system improvement for the PeopleSoft Student Administration system (this excludes the PeopleSoft HR and Finance applications).
- Testing - Serve as a testing resource and coordinate testing for new modifications, system testing, regression testing, upgrades, etc.
- Training - Serve as a training resource for any upcoming training needs (i.e. refresher courses, new employee training, etc.) Coordinate on campus training sessions.
- Data Analysis - Provide ad-hoc data analysis support related to PSSA. Provide ongoing end-user support on PSSA issues at the campus level, resolve or escalate as necessary using the HEAT system. Data integrity and cleanup.
- Act as the primary support contact for my.ccc.edu
