The role of the MEUS is defined by the following responsibilities/tasks:

  1. Defines User Requirements/Specifications - Act as a communications liaison between District Office and the colleges to identify end-user requirements and identify areas for system improvement for the PeopleSoft Student Administration system (this excludes the PeopleSoft HR and Finance applications).
  2. Testing - Serve as a testing resource and coordinate testing for new modifications, system testing, regression testing, upgrades, etc.
  3. Training - Serve as a training resource for any upcoming training needs (i.e. refresher courses, new employee training, etc.)  Coordinate on campus training sessions.
  4. Data Analysis - Provide ad-hoc data analysis support related to PSSA.  Provide ongoing end-user support on PSSA issues at the campus level, resolve or escalate as necessary using the HEAT system.  Data integrity and cleanup.
  5. Act as the primary support contact for my.ccc.edu
