Mission of Project Department

Develop and implement a project management methodology that will assist City Colleges in documenting, staffing, tracking and reporting against projects. This methodology will include procedures, forms, templates and project management tools that will be utilized by CCC staff. This process and all of the associated tasks will be roust enough to capture enough data to be able to report against and at any give time give executive management a snapshot of the state of CCC OIT projects. These procedures will be streamlined enough to make sure all resources following these procedures will be able to do so with out extreme effort. eProject will be the OIT adopted, official, single repository for project tracking and reporting.
