The Employer Assisted Housing (EAH) Program Home page

The Employer Assisted Housing (EAH) Program is an innovative partnership between the City Colleges of Chicago (CCC) and the Rogers Park Community Development Corporation (RPCDC); designed to provide CCC full-time employees with an increased opportunity to become first-time homeowners within the City of Chicago.  

Eligible full-time employees may receive assistance in the form of forgivable loans to help with closing costs associated with the purchase of a home within the City of Chicago.

The EAH Program enables CCC full-time employees to realize the dream of home ownership sooner than they might think.
