First contact your College HR Administrator or the District Office of Human Resources at 312-553-2886.

You will be provided with a brief overview of the program and then directed to call the Rogers Park Community Development Corporation (RPCDC) at 773-262-2290 x 11.

RPCDC will walk you through the program and provide all applicable documents/forms to complete.
