When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 3:00pm EST are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm will be shipped on the next business day.

How will my order be shipped?
Standard orders are shipped by USPS First Class Mail. Please allow up to one week for delivery. Standard orders are not shipped or delivered on Sunday.

Second-day and next-day orders are shipped by UPS. Orders must be received by 3:00 p.m. EST. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. EST will be shipped on the next business day.

Credit Card Notice
Your purchase will be billed directly by CertifiChecks.Com, the processing and fulfillment center for the gift certificates you have ordered. City Colleges of Chicago will NOT appear on your credit card statement. If you have any questions regarding your credit card statement, please call 877.770.4438.
