- The Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) offers a variety of scholarship programs for students at different points in their academic careers. Each HSF-administered scholarship is different, and many have varying requirements; be sure to consult all of the guidelines and requirements for the specific programs to which you plan to apply. All HSF scholarship applicants must also apply for federal financial aid using the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
