City Colleges of Chicago is pleased to offer a variety of benefit plans for eligible employees, retirees, and surviving spouses. Our health plans provide the coverage necessary to protect and maintain good physical, dental, and vision health. Additionally, employees have the option to participate in other voluntary benefit plans which include life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 403(b) & 457(b) retirement investment plans, and additional voluntary benefits that meet the unique needs of a diverse workforce.
