​What is an LPN? 

Within the provisions of the Illinois Nurse Practice Act of 2007 and the Rules for the Administration of the Illinois Nursing Act of 2007, the practical nurse provides and manages care and participates in the teaching and research under the supervision of a registered nurse, licensed physician, dentist, or podiatrist. 

Individuals completing the practical nursing program meet the educational requirements for the NCLEX-PN exam to become a licensed practical nurse (LPN).

RN 2012 = 82% 
RN 2013 = Pending
