The Engineering Department’s primary duties include the performance of engineering work in the design, investigation, and construction of building spaces. In addition to being code enforcers, they help resolve code violations to ensure and maintain a safe and healthy campus community.
The department can assist you with the following:
- Lighting
- Heating & Cooling concerns
- Furniture cleaning/moving
- Event Set-up
- Unlocking Offices
- Keys

Work orders (available on the N-Drive) are needed for large jobs. It requires three approvals: Supervisor, Dean, and Executive Director – Business Operations for approval.
