Presentation audio-visual (A-V) equipment is available for use in all classrooms and meeting rooms. In some rooms presentation equipment is permanently installed and always available. Portable presentation equipment from the A-V pool is available for use in other rooms.
The Information Technology (IT) staff is available to discuss A-V matters and special projects with you. Requests for delivery service must be given to the Information Technology (IT) department (W-260).
Submit requests at least 48 hours before delivery is required. The department will accept reservations for repeat use, such as at the beginning of the semester for semester-long use.Equipment requests can be submitted by:

Last Minute Needs
- Data projectors (LCD, DLP, etc.)
- Overhead projectors
- Document viewers
- Projection screens
- DVD/VCR players
When equipment or materials are required immediately, faculty may pick them up from the IT department (W-260), depending on availability. These items must be returned immediately after the class is over and the faculty member requesting the items is responsible for securing them until they are returned. Prior arrangements are always preferred.OFF-CAMPUS USAGE
Off-campus use of equipment or materials requires the approval of the President or Vice-President of the college.LONG TERM LOANS
A-V pool equipment generally is not available for long-term loans. Occasionally, academic departments will acquire their own A-V equipment to meet special needs of faculty within their departments. Faculty requiring long term loans is advised to first contact their Department Chairs to determine the availability of department A-V equipment for long term use.
