Adult Education
Adult Education is a comprehensive program of free classes for adult students who need to learn or improve their English language or basic literacy skills, obtain a GED® certificate, or prepare for the Citizenship exam.

Air Conditioning
Our newly constructed facility houses "state of the art" HVAC equipment, Johnson Controls, and an HVAC Labortory, that provides our students with the very best training and instruction aligned with industry standards.
Alternative High School (16 to 21 years old)
Did you drop out of high school? Are you 16 to under 21 years of age? You can earn a high school diploma at the City Colleges of Chicago! Apply at Olive-Harvey Middle College, Truman Middle College, or one of the alternative high schools listed below.

Automotive Technology
The Kennedy-King College Automotive Department offers training in both Automotive Mechanical and Automotive Collision Technologies.
Auxiliary Services

Biological Sciences

Business-Computer Information Systems
The Business-Computer Information Systems Department prepares students for transfer to a four-year university and/or careers in Accountancy, Management and Marketing, and Information Technology.
Career Services - The Center for Working Families (CWF)
CWF is a career and personal financial service center located on the campus of Kennedy-King College. CWF provides job placement and readiness services to KKC students & surrounding communities. The Family Net Center provides computer training and access.
Child Development Laboratory Center
The City Colleges of Chicago operates Child Development Laboratory Centers at five of the colleges, allowing students to take classes knowing their children are well cared for.

The Dental Hygiene Program is a 2 year program, in which upon successful completion, awards an Associates in Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene

The Disability Access Center provides coordination and supportive services for students with documented disabilities.
Facilities Management
Facilities Management maintains, replaces and repairs the campuses' buildings, grounds and utility systems.

Fine Arts and Theater
The Kennedy King Theater Program is designed for students to receive either an Associate in Applied Science degree or an Advanced Certificate in Theater Technology.

The Music department here at Kennedy King College offers, Fundamental of Music Theory, Group Piano I and II, Introduction to Music, and Perspective In Jazz.
Office of the President
The President of the College is the chief executive, administrative, and education officer and derives authority from, and is responsible to the Chancellor of the City Colleges of Chicago and the Board of Trustees.
Physical Education
The Physical Education department offers various courses in fittness, swimming, and team sports.

Reprographics manages print material requests and Mail Room is responsible for the collection, distribution and processing of the College's mail.

Tuition Free ESL
Learn to speak, listen, read, and write English at Kennedy-King College. These free classes are for speakers of other languages who wish to improve their English language proeficiency.
