The Nursing Student Union of Daley College presents Children's Health Fair Open to the Public and all services are FREE!
Services include:
Mobil Dentists will provide dental screenings, cleanings and other preventative services
The Illinois CareVan will provide immunizations and health screenings
The Illinois Child Identification Program will provide ID cards, fingerprints, interview and optional DNA swabs
The Lions Club of Illinois will also provide free eye exams
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Permission slips required for some services. Due to a limited number of vaccinations and providers, children will be taken on a first come first service basis while supplies last.
