What to do in 10th Grade
- Take Geometry or Algebra II, and a foreign language course.
- Aim for A and B grades in all classes.
- Do your homework.
- Take NCAA-approved courses if you want to play sports in college.
- If you haven’t already, get involved in extra-curricular activities: join clubs, play sports, and volunteer.
- Start to think about what you want to be when you grow up!
- Visit your guidance counselor’s office to check out college literature and guidebooks.
- Surf the Internet to check out college and university websites. These search sites may be helpful:
- Continue saving money for college.
