If you have forgotten your Student Username password, you can reset it. You can also use these instructions to change your existing password.
- Go to My.CCC.edu.
- Click Retrieve your Username.
- Select Student and click Proceed.
- Enter your Student ID Number and your Birthday.
- Once you have answered your Challenge Question click Submit.
- Create a new password.
- Click Submit.
- You will now be able to login to My.CCC.edu and Student Email, and beginning August 8, Blackboard.
If you select Personal Information/Change Password in Blackboard, you will be redirected to the website above and should follow the same instructions. If you do not remember the answer to your Challenge Question, complete this form for assistance.
