If you have forgotten your Novell Username password, you can reset it. You can also use these instructions to change your existing password.
- Go to MyFaculty.CCC.edu.
- Click Retrieve your Novell Username.
- Select Faculty and click Proceed.
- Enter your EMPL ID Number. Your EMPL ID is a 9 digit number assigned to you by CCC. If you do not know your EMPL ID please call your College HR Administrator to retrieve this number.
- Enter your Birthday in the format of (yyyymmdd).
- Once you have answered your Challenge Question click Submit.
- Create a new password.
- Click Submit.
If you do not remember the answer to your Challenge Question, contact support.
