 How do I login to Blackboard? Use your Novell Username (which you already use to login to on-campus PC's and MyFaculty.ccc.edu) to login to Blackboard. What is my Novell Username and password? If you do not know your Novell Username, you can retrieve it online or contact your IT Dean. Why can't I see my current coursesite when I login to Blackboard? You must be assigned as the instructor in Peoplesoft SA in order to access your course in Blackboard. If no instructor is assigned in Peoplesoft SA, there will be no instructor assigned to the Blackboard coursesite. Blackboard is solely based on the enrollments and assignments in Peoplesoft SA. Contact your Dean, Vice President, or Registrar to ensure that you are entered in Peoplesoft SA prior to the first day of class. Why can't my students see my Blackboard coursesite? All new coursesites are made unavailable upon creation. Instructors can make the coursesite available to students by following these instructions. Why isn't my old coursesite on the Blackboard server anymore and how can I access it? We have a strict archive policy on the Blackboard Web Server so that we can ensure we have space for new courses and new active users. Previous courses are stored in a secure area on the CCC networks and can be accessed by your Campus Bb Administrator at your request. Why am I missing students from my Blackboard Roster? Blackboard enrollment now mirrors Peoplesoft SA enrollment. If you believe you are missing a student from your Blackboard Coursesite, one of the following may have occurred: * Student has registered less than 24 business hours ago is not yet in Blackboard * Student has dropped more recently than you have received a class list (check MyFaculty.ccc.edu for real-time class lists) What if I forget my Novell Username Password? Passwords are encrypted, no administrator can tell you what your password is/was. You can reset your password online. What if I forget my Challenge Question Answer?
