The Chicago Partnerships for College and Career Success (CPCCS)

Effective July 1, 2008, the Chicago Partnership for College and Career Success replaced the former Federal Tech Prep Program designed to assist in the transition of high school students to college. Similar to the former Tech Prep program, the new Chicago Partnership for College and Career Success declares the “each and every student will have access to rigorous and relevant education and opportunities that prepare them for success in college and careers,” while placing a more significant emphasis on Collaboration amongst stakeholders and the development of Programs of Study.
