National Adult Education Honor Society
GED graduates who earn a score of 2850 or higher on the GED examination and pass the constitution examination are eligible for membership in the National Adult Education Honor Society (NAEHS).
The mission of the National Adult Education Honor Society is to provide meaningful recognition to deserving adult education students, to improve student employment opportunities, to develop student ambassadors for local adult education programs and to create adult education awareness with school administrators and state legislators.
Benefits of membership in the NAEHS include:
- A membership certificate
- A letter of recommendation to use for applications to educational institutions
- A letter of recommendation to use for applications for employment
- A pin
